TachoCheck Terms of Service
Contractual terms for using TachoCheck.
1. Service provider
TachoCheck is provided by Tomorrow Technology s.r.o., registered office at Miru 26, Kanada, 739 61 Trinec, Czech Republic, company ID 03750183, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file no. C 61243. The provider is not a VAT payer. The contact email is info@tachocheck.cz.
TachoCheck is a web application for uploading and processing DDD files from driver cards and vehicle tachographs, showing indicative issues, next-download schedules and inspection preparation materials.
2. Customer and user account
The service is intended for businesses, companies and organisations, especially transport operators and entities working with tachograph and driver-card data.
During registration, the user provides true and current personal and company details. The customer is responsible for access management, password protection and use of the account by authorised persons.
3. Uploading and processing data
The customer uploads files from driver cards and vehicle tachographs. The application parses, normalises and displays the data in reports.
The customer is responsible for having the right to process and upload this data to the service, especially in relation to drivers, employees, vehicles and business partners.
4. Application outputs
Application outputs are supportive and indicative. The application does not replace legal advice, accounting review, internal compliance processes or an official inspection.
The customer must assess outputs with regard to the specific situation, completeness of uploaded data and applicable law.
5. Pricing, trial use and invoicing
Registration and trial use are free and no credit card is required. Trial use is not time-limited unless agreed otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise, the website price is a one-off price of CZK 7,990 per driver or vehicle the customer wants to monitor. The provider is not a VAT payer.
Invoicing is handled manually based on an order or individual agreement with the customer. Access to paid features may be conditional on payment.
6. Availability and changes
The provider aims to keep the service available, secure and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The provider may improve, extend or change the service as long as this does not materially restrict agreed use.
7. Liability
The provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated input data, misuse of the service or decisions made solely on the basis of indicative outputs.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8. Termination and deletion
The customer may request account termination or data deletion by email at info@tachocheck.cz.
After account termination, active data will be deleted within 30 days unless further retention is necessary for legal obligations, protection of rights or technical completion of processes. Backups may remain for up to 90 days.
9. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
The Czech version is legally controlling. English and Polish versions are informative translations.
